ATD Greater Atlanta is teaming up with LifeLine Community Animal Center for a hands-on volunteer event supporting one of Atlanta’s leading animal welfare organizations. LifeLine is known for its mission to end the euthanasia of healthy and treatable animals and for the critical work they do across Fulton and DeKalb shelters.

This event is a win–win for our members and our community.

    • It puts ATD Greater Atlanta’s name and values into the community in a meaningful, visible way.
    • It gives members a chance to network in pairs/groups while walking adoptable dogs and supporting shelter operations.
    • It supports a local non-profit that is transforming animal welfare in Atlanta.
    • It’s a family-friendly event — volunteers ages 10+ are welcome. If you plan to bring children, simply include them in the “total number of guests” field when you register. If an adult friend or family member would like to join you, please share the announcement so they can register themselves.
    • And for many members, it can count toward employer volunteer hours.

Location: 3180 Presidential Dr, Atlanta, GA 30340

(Important: LifeLine has multiple locations — be sure to select this one in your GPS.)

If you’ve been looking for a way to connect with fellow ATD members, give back, and enjoy some time with Atlanta’s four‑legged friends, this is a perfect chance.

We hope to see you there, and we’re grateful to everyone who helps strengthen ATD Greater Atlanta’s impact in our community.

      Session 2 of 3 | Virtual

The Hidden Value Roundtable is a free live, facilitated discussion series centered on the book Hidden Value written by Dr. Keith Keating.

Across three Thursdays in March, we will gather to explore the week’s readings in a structured, peer-driven environment.

These sessions align with the three-week framework of The People Ops Book Club, an online book study hosted by Frankie Robinson.

The roundtable is the live space where the weekly prompts are examined in dialogue and connected to real work.

      What This Is

      • A facilitated session grounded in that week's readings
      • Peer exchange
      • Focused discussion designed to clarify strategy and next steps

      What This Is Not

      • A webinar
      • A lecture
      • A slide presentation

      How To Participate

To gain the most from each roundtable, participants are encouraged to follow the weekly reading plan and engage with the daily asynchronous prompts shared through The People Ops Book Club. The reading calendar and prompts are available inside the book club community.

If you are not yet part of the book study, you are welcome to join. The People Ops Book Club is hosted within a public LInkedIn Group available for anyone to join.

Join the free People Ops Book Club here.

      View the Reading Plan here.

We are grateful for the support of our series sponsor, TrainingPros, whose partnership makes this discussion series possible.

A practice-based learning series for leaders, HR professionals, consultants, and facilitators focused on real-time application, peer feedback, and experiential tools—not lectures.

FLOW in Practice™ is a four-session experiential lab designed for professionals who want to practice leadership, facilitation, and communication skills in real time.

This is not a traditional workshop series. There are no long lectures or slide decks. Each session is built as a practice arena, using experiential facilitation tools and structured peer feedback to build confidence, clarity, and skill.

Participants will work with 2–3 facilitation tools per session, rotating through live practice roles and reflecting on how their leadership and facilitation actually land with others.

If you’re looking for passive learning, this is not the series for you.

If you’re ready to practice, reflect, and apply—welcome.

Select your sessions during registration or contact info@atdatlanta.org.

Limited to 15 participants per session to ensure depth and safety.

              Tuesday at Noon | Virtual

This session of The High Noon Exchange features the Learning & Development Community of Practice, bringing together professionals who design, deliver, and lead learning to explore what actually drives performance and capability at work.

Rather than focusing on tools or deliverables alone, this session centers on real challenges related to learning strategy, instructional impact, stakeholder alignment, and sustainability. Conversation is peer-driven and grounded in lived experience.

This is not a presentation or webinar. It’s a facilitated exchange focused on application, clarity, and next steps.
