Robert is an innovative sales enablement leader with over 20 years’ experience in learning program design, change management and consulting. He has a master's degree in Instructional Systems from Florida States University and he's managed programs and led teams at companies like Salesforce, Slalom, IBM and Forward Air. He's also a devoted volunteer having served as VP of Technology and Senior Advisor on the boards of ATD Atlanta.
Endlessly curious and technology savvy, Robert is focused on enhancing the skills of his clients and helping them become better versions of themselves. He believes the mind is not a vessel to be filled, but a fire to be kindled.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, traveling, Florida State Football and performing improvisational comedy.
