ATD Atlanta’s cohort-based certification experience combines Wiley’s official Everything DiSC® Certification with the added value of community, shared learning, and optional post-certification application support.
What’s Included
Everything DiSC® Certification (Delivered by Wiley)
Participants complete Wiley’s official certification via MindLab Connect, which includes:
- Self-paced learning
- Live virtual sessions facilitated by Wiley
- Practice and peer feedback
- Certification exam
- Access to Wiley’s online training resources
Upon successful completion, participants earn the Everything DiSC® Certified Practitioner credential.

Certification Delivery and Roles

Optional Add-On: Catalyst™ Practitioner Experience
The Catalyst™ Practitioner Experience is Wiley’s digital platform that enables certified practitioners to:
- Assign DiSC® assessments
- Facilitate learning experiences
- Support ongoing development for individuals and teams
Note: Catalyst is required separately by Wiley and is not included in certification pricing.
Continuing the Learning: Application Labs
Certified practitioners will be eligible to participate in quarterly Everything DiSC® & Five Behaviors® Application Labs, offered through Emory Continuing Education and facilitated by TBW/TNS. These optional, at-cost labs focus on practice, facilitation design, and real-world application.
ATD Atlanta cohort participants may choose from Wiley-hosted Everything DiSC® Certification sessions occurring within the cohort window. Sample session timing is listed below. Final enrollment and seat availability are managed directly by Wiley.
