This session is part of ATL HR Week, October 7-10, 2025. This “HR Takeover” will feature four days of professional development, networking, and powerful conversations across our community. 

We’re excited to share that, due to overwhelming interest, ATD Greater Atlanta is expanding our featured day at the ATL HR Conference into a half-day Leadership Academy. What began as a single session has grown into a robust morning of leadership-focused programming, culminating in a powerful Lunch & Learn.

Speakers:

Anastacia F. Johnson is a multi-sector leader and leadership development practitioner with over 15 years of experience in learning, development, and organizational transformation. As Director of Leadership Development at Boys & Girls Clubs of America, she drives strategy to equip nonprofit executives across the country to lead with confidence and deliver sustainable impact.

She is currently pursuing a PhD in Transformative Studies, where her research explores how shared leadership models can reshape organizational culture and improve outcomes across teams and systems.

As founder of Arena Impact, Anastacia partners with mission-driven organizations through leadership coaching, strategy, and facilitation focused on culture and systems transformation.

Ruthann Savage is the founder of Savage Dynamic Consulting, a firm known for helping organizations turn strategy into movement. She advises companies on how to improve individual and organizational performance by aligning leadership, talent, and process. With experience spanning Fortune 100 boardrooms and founder-led firms, Ruthann is called when execution stalls, growth plateaus, or leadership needs sharper traction. Her work is grounded in real business outcomes—reduced churn, faster decision-making, and measurable gains in performance. She also helps leaders navigate the human side of emerging technologies, including how AI impacts alignment, capability, and culture.

She’s a published author, professional speaker, and strategic advisor with a background in organizational development and process architecture. Ruthann holds degrees in business and psychology, and her approach blends sharp insight with human-aware execution. She’s known for challenging assumptions, provoking clarity, and helping leaders build what works—without jargon, fluff, or sentimentality. Whether she’s speaking on the future of work or guiding post-M&A integration, her message is consistent: performance improves when people, process, and leadership are aligned.

Josh Crafford is Vice President of Technology Learning & Development at a Fortune 200 company, Founder of NeuroCreatives, and Expert in Practice at Emory University. Josh is a nationally respected learning strategist and keynote speaker whose personal journey with ADHD, dyslexia, and anxiety has shaped his transformative approach to leadership and talent development.
