ATD leads the field with content that advances the profession, highlights proven practices, and raises awareness of the value of developing talent. TD is the official monthly magazine available to national ATD members as part of their dues. Readers are highly educated talent development professionals and line managers working in all aspects of learning and development. They range from new practitioners to seasoned executives in business, government, academia, consulting, and sales.

The goals of TD are to:

  • provide useful, how-to information on current best practices through case studies
  • share new technologies and their applications
  • report emerging trends
  • discuss relevant and pivotal issues to the field.

Session 1 - Eliza Blanchard, ATD Learning & Development Content Manager, will review articles that have been published in TD magazine and point out what qualified these articles for publication.

Session 2 - Eliza will walk us through a live review of an article submitted by one of participants and participants will share their own articles for peer review.

Check out the ATD’s TD magazine submission guidelines: https://www.td.org/td-magazine-submission-guidelines.

Please note: Participation in this event is not a guarantee for publication.
