In addition to volunteering for the chapter, you can also get involved by completing a volunteer project. The volunteer projects that are currently available are listed below. We make every effort to update this information monthly, but there may be a delay.

Document Procedures for Annual ACE Conference (#005)

Purpose: To capture and document best practices and procedures for the future production of the ACE conference and to eliminate wasteful reproduction of effort in strategic planning of future events.
Details: Document all elements of a full project plan to include, but possibly not limited to, production, marketing, physical characteristics, timing, departmental aspects, technology, staffing, run-of-show, extra-curriculars, surveys, raffles and giveaways, food, tear-down and clean up. Tools used to be approved once proposal is submitted..
