As a former corporate trainer/facilitator then Adult Education instructor, Rhonda made the transition into the Talent Development field by obtaining her Master of Science in Instructional Design. She then obtained her Associate Professional of Talent Development (APTD) certification, and recently achieved her Certified Associate of Project Management (CAPM) certification. She is a mentor and coach to others in the field, works freelance for facilitation and ID projects, in addition to her full-time job as a Sr. Learning Business Partner with ADP, where she manages multiple projects and teams of instructional designers.
