In today's diverse workforce, learning and development (L&D) professionals must ensure that training content is accessible and engaging for all learners, including those with disabilities. While compliance with standards like WCAG, Section 504, and Section 508 is essential, accessibility should go beyond checkboxes—it should be a central part of instructional design and training delivery.

Participants will walk away with:

• Practical strategies to create more inclusive learning
• An understanding of accessibility’s real-world impact
• An Accessibility Action Plan they can apply right away

This pilot is also an opportunity for our chapter members to provide feedback and help shape a session that will soon be delivered on the national stage.
