Partnership program with IxDA Atlanta

IxDA Atlanta and ATD Greater Atlanta have partnered to host this panel discussion about the practice of journey mapping within the Instructional Design (ID) and User Experience (UX) and professions.

Hosts Allison Baldwin (ATD Greater Atlanta) and David DeMumbrum (IxDA Atlanta) will begin by introducing some key aspects of Journey Mapping, such as Personas, Actions, and Channels.

A panel of UX and ID professionals will then discuss their opinions in a structured conversation that highlights commonalities, considers key differences, and reveals insights that both types of professionals can utilize thanks to their willingness to talk and learn from one another.
