Facilitator(s): Dr. Esther Jackson

Dr. Esther Jackson is a people potential accelerator with a proven track record and background reflecting a host of capabilities. As a proven leader of innovation and change, Esther has a myriad of experiences in HR leadership, project management, talent development, and diversity and inclusion. Her dedication and commitment to the development, productivity, and performance success of others has helped propel her in multiple roles in the public and private sectors. Currently, Esther serves as a National Advisor for Chapters with the Association for Talent Development (ATD). In addition, she holds the role of Past President with ATD Detroit and has been a part of their board leadership for seven years. She works for Rock Central as a Project Manager in Michigan and she is a college instructor. She has presented at local and national conferences with ATD, NAAAHR-State of Michigan, and Training Magazine Conference & Expo. Presenting for various ATD chapters is also a part of the work she has done in developing TD professionals. The areas of her specialization for presenting and facilitating are: adaptability, change management, emotional intelligence, instructional design/training, leadership development, and more. Active involvement with other professional associations such as Detroit SHRM, ISPI Michigan, and NAAAHR-State of Michigan, keeps her in the mode of networking, collaborating, and reaching greater potential. Esther has a bachelor’s degree in education and a master’s degree in instructional technology from Wayne State University. She has a doctoral degree in education from Walden University. Her first book on adaptability is due to be published by ATD this year.
