Tony Ballard is a dynamic Talent Transformation Professional with a versatile career spanning the finance industry and the U.S. Air Force. He founded a platform to assist veterans in transitioning to civilian careers, offering services such as resume writing, interview preparation, and LinkedIn optimization. Committed to supporting the military community, Tony designs tailored internship programs for veterans and delivers keynote speeches advocating for their advancement. With expertise in corporate roles, he led DE&I initiatives, negotiated contracts, and managed company-wide eLearning courses for a global workforce of over 200,000 employees. Retiring as a Chief Master Sergeant/E-9, Tony contributed significantly to developing the Air Force's Diversity & Inclusion plan at the Pentagon. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in business administration, he remains actively engaged in community service through the Association of Talent Development Atlanta Chapter.
