Leadership Academy is designed for chapters members wanting to serve as leaders. The event is in September and hosted by the current President-Elect.
Attendees have the opportunity to network with chapter leadership and participate in a leadership workshop. The most important responsibility of a leader is to create clarity. Clarity ensures everyone is working on things that will contribute most to the success of the team. It is up to you to communicate what people should be working on and how they should do it.
Join us on Saturday, September 17th to learn how to create a culture around the seven key behaviors of a high-performing team:
1. 100% Responsibility 2. Vulnerability Based Trust 3. Effective Communication 4. Productive Conflict 5. Full Commitment 6. Active Accountability 7. Collective Results
