This session is the kick-off experience for The High Noon Exchange, ATD Greater Atlanta’s Community of Practice meet-up series.

Rather than explaining Communities of Practice, this session models the format you’ll experience throughout the year. You’ll participate in the same facilitated, peer-driven working session used across all High Noon Exchange CoPs, focused on real work, shared problem-solving, and practical next steps.

This kick-off is not Community-of-Practice specific. Future High Noon Exchange sessions will feature a rotating CoP. This session is about experiencing the structure, tone, and value of the series before choosing which Communities to engage with.
