Dave is the Director of Training Services for Leadership Strategies, the Facilitation Company. In his role he teaches and certifies trainers on the company’s courses, manages the Core Team of Instructors and Facilitators, leads the Product Development Team, serves as a consultant for various clients, and performs Key Notes on Customer Service, Facilitation, Hybrid Meetings, and more.

Dave has more than 25 years of experience as a Facilitator, Training Leader, Instructional Designer, e-Learning Designer, Speaker, and Project Manager with world-class companies including Disney, Merck, Assurant, and AmerisourceBergen.
