ATD Greater Atlanta's Board of Directors comprises recognized leaders from a wide range of organizations and industries.

The Greater Atlanta Chapter is committed to ensuring that the board reflects a mix of the industry and that directors’ expertise aligns with ATD’s strategy.

The Board of Directors meets bimonthly usually on the third Monday of the month. It should meet at least 4 times a year with the option to meet more to address strategic planning and alignment with the Chapter's Executive Board.  

The Board of Directors is composed of the following elected/appointed positions: 3 Senior Advisors, 1 Appointed Advisor, Past President, Current President, President-Elect, and CFO.
