Employee Learning Week is an awareness campaign highlighting the important connection between learning and achieving organizational results. We want as many Atlanta-area companies as possible to participate because training is more important now than ever before. As you know, the growing skills gap, and increased need to compete in today's economy, requires organizations to develop a knowledgeable and highly-skilled workforce.
Organizations participating in Employee Learning Week will be recognized as Champions of Learning and celebrated during our Annual Greater Atlanta ATD December Chapter Meeting in December. We will be giving out “Champion of Learning” awards, and recognizing companies for amazing stories, and we have arranged for a press release.
Organizations will receive access to thousands of resources (articles, book summaries, videos, etc.) through EBSCO (www.accel-5.com). These resources can be distributed to your organization during Employee Learning Week. We have created learning plans that correlate with content found within your free resources to help generate ideas for your organization.
