Mentorship Program

The ATD Greater Atlanta Mentoring Program is back for members for 2025. This program is a 6 month program for Mentors and Mentees to focus on sharing and developing their talent development skills. The ATD Capability Model will serve as the blueprint for the mentoring sessions. There will be monthly check-ins for all participants to attend to share their experiences.

Program Details

Are you passionate about helping others grow in their career? Or maybe you need an experienced Talent & Development professional help you navigate to the next step in your career. Whatever your case may be, take the opportunity to be part of our chapter mentorship program!

The program will be a 6 month commitment launching on Sunday, April 23rd with meetings on a monthly basis. The program will conclude with a Capstone Presentation on Wednesday, October 22nd.

Criteria to apply: 

  • Current ATD Atlanta Chapter Member in good standing
  • Willing to commit at least three hours a month to the program (includes time with your mentee or mentor and monthly group check in)
