The Onboarding Program Your Future Leaders Deserve
In this session, you will learn instructional strategies that can help you improve how to onboard new employees. We’ll provide a case study that includes exploring learning journeys within the first year of new employment. Learn methods for improving speed to competency, employee engagement, and meaningful measurement resulting in improved business metrics (e.g. retention and productivity).
If you are facing any of the challenges below, you are going to want to attend this session.
- Costly attrition
- Most attrition occurs in first 3 months, and the cost to replace averages 3X salary
- Takes too long for someone to become competent at their job
- No formal on-boarding program
- Employees engaged in early days, but program fails to provide ongoing support
- Difficult to measure effectiveness throughout the program
In this session, we will also ask your peers in the industry to share how their organizations approach onboarding for those willing and able to share.
Join us for a fun-filled, value packed session that will get you thinking what your future state onboarding programs can be.
