About your Facilitator: Shermaine Perry
Shermaine Perry is passionate about developing people, improving processes, and creating products to enhance workplace learning. She specializes in interactive workshops and microlearning solutions. Shermaine has contributed research, instructional design, and policy support to higher education, governmental relations, regional equity, and community advocacy. Shermaine's background enriches the design and delivery of her learning projects.
Shermaine obtained a bachelor’s degree from Spelman College and a master’s degree from Strayer University. In addition to obtaining her Associate Professional in Talent Development certification in 2018, Shermaine has achieved the Six Sigma Green Belt and Kirkpatrick Four Levels Evaluation Certification- Bronze Level.
