ABOUT OUR SPEAKERS:


Dionne L. Mack is senior director of global diversity and inclusion for Cox Automotive.  In this role, Dionne is responsible for leading the design and execution of business specific diversity and inclusion strategies and solutions.  These strategies and solutions are aimed at building the diversity of the workforce and promoting a culture of inclusion and respect with an end goal of promoting innovation, creativity, increased productivity and improved business performance. She seeks to enhance Cox Automotive’s brand as an employer of choice and inclusion thought leader in the Automotive & Technology industry.

Dionne brings more than 20 years of varied HR experience to Cox Automotive.  For the four years prior to joining Cox, she led the Culture/Engagement and Diversity and Inclusion teams for Lockheed Martin’s IT and Space businesses. Prior to joining Lockheed Martin, Dionne spent almost ten years of her career at MetLife where she led the diversity, inclusion and HR compliance program for the Americas in her role as Diversity Director.  She also has a background in Employee Relations and EEO/Affirmative Action compliance across various industries including finance, academia and local government.

Dionne has studied at Pace University, State University of New York and the University of Phoenix, and obtained her degrees in Business Administration and Management. 



LeVoyd Carter is executive director of Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) for Cox Communications, Inc., a multiservice broadband communications and entertainment company with more than 6 million commercial and residential customers. In this role, LeVoyd advises Cox leadership on how to implement D&I strategies and initiatives that drive business results.

His work spans various aspects of operations, including employee management, employee engagement, product development and strategy. LeVoyd’s team also facilitates Cox Communications National Diversity and Inclusion Council meetings designed to gauge and impact the company’s evolving business needs.

Prior to his current role, LeVoyd served as Cox’s deputy assistant general counsel of Regulatory Affairs, specializing in communications law. His commitment to diversity and inclusion extends beyond the corporate sector. LeVoyd currently serves on the board of Girls Inc., of Atlanta, Georgia Diversity Council and on the Advisory Board of Mission Media. Recently, LeVoyd served as an honorary board member of the United States Business Leadership Network’s (USBLN) America’s Disabilities Rights Museum on Wheels.

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, he grew up in the metro-Atlanta area. LeVoyd is a graduate of Georgia State University and the Fredric G. Levin College of Law at the University of Florida.
