As a self-proclaimed geriatric millennial, Atiya comfortably straddles the line between fond memories of dial-up internet and the dizzying pace of today's digital world. Her evenings are often spent chuckling at episodes of "American Dad!", "Seinfeld", "Martin", and "Family Guy", finding life lessons in their humor, when she's not working on ATD Atlanta marketing stuff. Currently navigating the waters of career transition, she's steering towards change management with a focus on training and facilitation, because who doesn't enjoy the thrill of orchestrating workplace transformations? As the self-taught VP of Marketing for ATD Greater Atlanta, she's dabbled in the arts of social media and graphic design, discovering the captivating power of online engagement. Since 2020, Atiya has been an active member of ATD Greater Atlanta, diving deep into the world of adult learning and emerging with insights aplenty. Networking may not be her first language, but she's rapidly learning its dialects, ready to converse her way to new opportunities and perhaps, just maybe, that coveted corner office.
