Nancy Allen is a Business Coach and Professional Workshop Facilitator. For over 20 years she has specialized in personal transformation, focusing on improving performance and building strong teams. She has a Masters Degree in Counseling from John Carroll University and is a graduate of a two-year professional program at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. She is Past President of the Greater Cleveland Chapter of the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) and has been on the board of the Atlanta chapter.
