Session Description:

Instructional Design is the process of analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating any instructional experience. Facilitator:

Mary Kay Wilcox, CPLP

She creates performance improvement and learning solutions to benefit associates and managers in The Home Depot stores, Supply Chain, and Merchandising Execution Team, as well as, associates in the Store Support Center (the corporate headquarters) and customers through The Home Depot’s customer workshops.

Mary Kay has been developing performance improvement solutions since 1984 when she started in the learning and development field as a customer service representative at Thompson-Mitchell and Associates, and quickly moved to a marketing representative and associate consultant.
