About today's Phoenix Rising: Stephanie Stonich

Stephanie is an energetic Talent Development professional and Career Coach who has a passion for helping others succeed with a focus on leading and supporting employee engagement programs that enrich the overall workplace experience to keep individuals focused, productive and encourage continued growth for one’s own professional journey.

Stephanie has had a very diverse career that has allowed her to do so many different things. She has most recently led and implemented Career Coaching and Development programs at two different large organizations. Previous to that she also supported multiple initiatives focused on the employee experience and overall engagement to include New Hire On-Boarding, Leadership Development, Mentoring, Organizational Culture and Rewards & Recognition. In addition, she also has a background in Finance, Compliance, Disaster Recovery, Brand Marketing and started her career as a Visual Merchandiser with multiple retail outlets, but helping and supporting others is where her passion has always been.

Stephanie Stonich is a Career Coach with The Home Depot where she helped launch The Talent Career Center. Outside of work Stephanie lives a very active lifestyle and has competed in multiple marathons, various short and long distance triathlons to include three Ironman, and to balance that all out she is an avid yogi.

About Your Facilitator: Esther Matthews

Esther Matthews is an instructional designer and eLearning developer, with a passion for helping others achieve their goals through personal and professional development. 

She combines her background in marketing, content development, and digital adoption solution building to design adult learning experiences for the digital space. Esther currently designs and develops training for Supply Chain at The Home Depot and serves on the Greater Atlanta ATD CoP Committee. In her free time she enjoys developing her blog for new, aspiring, and accidental instructional designers, DIY Instructional Design.
