Leadership Academy - The Yoga of Organizational Fitness

We stretch, we workout, we challenge ourselves at the gym to keep our bodies nimble … but how do we do that with our minds? Today’s frenetic pace of change forces us to constantly stretch and stress our capabilities, but what can we do to better prepare ourselves so we don’t pull a mental muscle? Please join us for this interactive program on how to build your agility muscle. We will also provide you tools you can use to guide your own companies or clients towards a culture of agility.

Learning Objectives

  • Describe the what and why of agility
  • Know how agility can benefit you in your life
  • Apply agility concepts to you and your organization
