About Your Facilitator(s): Jonathan Burman & Nancy Green
Jonathan Burman has over 25 years of Organizational Development, Leadership, Human Resources, and Talent Management experience. As a consultant and employee he has worked with such firms as CIGNA, MASCO Corporation, Johnson & Johnson, and Koch Industries. Most recently he was the VP of Talent Acquisition; Development for Mondi Group … a global paper, packaging, and managed forestry company headquartered in Vienna, Austria.
Currently he is a Performance Consultant for Emory University and in addition to coaching leaders for the major employers in the Atlanta area he teaches courses on strategy, leadership, executive presence, innovation, emotional intelligence, finance, operations, team effectiveness, change and performance management.
He received his Masters Degree in I/O psychology from LaSalle University, is a Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP), ProSci Change Management consultant, and Certified Master Coach. Other certifications include talent acquisition and development tools such as DiSC, Hogan, Predictive Index, MBTI, Korn Ferry/Lominger (Interview Architect, VOICES, Benchmarks) and Behavioral Event interviewing. Jonathan was also an adjunct professor at Rosemont College and has written numerous articles and many presentations about psychology and talent management.
Nancy Green is a performance improvement professional who is passionate about providing talent development that helps people succeed in the workplace and beyond. She started her 25-year career in human performance improvement as a Performance Consultant for Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York and London.As a principal in her own consulting firm, iinteg, inc. since 2001, she routinely works with clients to integrate such performance improvement initiatives as business process redesign, incentive systems, custom training, and job definition into the organization's foundation to ensure success.
She has worked with a number of organizations to set professional development strategy and launch corporate universities. Nancy began her relationship with Emory University earning her MBA in 2001 and has served as a Senior Instructor for Emory’s Continuing Education Department for the last 10 years.
