5 Steps to Building a Strengths Based Culture

Few organizations in the world can honestly say their culture is “strengths-based.” This is a massive missed opportunity. Organizations and teams with strengths-based cultures consistently outperform their competitors. This isn’t an easy task.

Building a strengths-based culture is hard work. Simply knowing everyone’s strengths is not enough to create change. It takes ongoing conversations, reflection and practice to successfully integrate strengths into your organization’s daily routines.

Gallup has proven that strengths-based teams have higher engagement, better retention of top performers, better customer service and higher profitability. This isn’t a “nice to have” approach. This is an approach that is truly transformational for your organization.

You can build a strengths-based approach to development – one that will drive organization-wide performance.

Join this complimentary briefing to discover how to instill a culture based on strengths with real and measurable benefits for your organization. By attending our briefing, you will learn:

  • the barriers that keep organizations and individuals from leveraging their talents
  • how to implement a strengths-based culture with the resources you have today
  •  best practices from top companies using a strengths-based approach
  • how to gain increased performance, higher customer metrics and higher employee engagement using CliftonStrengths

Given the real and measurable benefits of having a strengths-based culture, we invite you to register for this event, so we can equip you with tools and resources that will help you get started immediately.
