ILT to eLearning: A Conversion, Evolution, or Revolution? (And the Tech-Use Cases to Prove It)

If you haven't had to turn instructor-led training (ILT) into web-based training (WBT), chances are you will. Dr. Kate Worlton-Pulham is a Senior Performance Strategist for AllenComm, for which she has designed courses for diverse global clients in the finance, consultancy, manufacturing, travel, retail, and marketing industries. She has also served as Director of Executive Training for various firms. She is the Executive Director for Education Weekend: The Tradition of Enquiry, held annually at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, where she served as a professor in English Language and Literature and where she received PhD and MPhil degrees. With a both academic and corporate background, she is well versed in variable modalities and learning techniques.
