Organizations that GET IT! Measuring Success.

This presentation is for talent development professionals who want to add value to their organization. You will learn how The Association for Talent Development (ATD) measures success in today’s talent development efforts. What are the BEST organizations doing? What is expected of you as a talent development professional? How did one organization meet the challenge?

During this session, we will cover:

  • The ATD BEST award: What is measured and what is the criteria to be best in class!
  • A detailed description how the Krystal Company won this year’s BEST award. What was their strategy? What exactly did they do differently? What innovative technologies did they use? And which business results did they impact?
  • Specific take-a-ways on what you can do to be the BEST, add value, and help your organization achieve the results it needs.
