Join us for our October chapter meeting!
In 1946 Truett Cathy opened a little diner called the Dwarf Grille, just outside of Atlanta. From those humble beginnings came the company we now call Chick-fil-A, one of the largest family owned businesses in the United States. Chick-fil-A revolutionized the way we think of a chicken sandwich. Their “cows”, known for promoting the benefits of eating more chicken, are cultural icons. Chick-fil-A has reached beyond the restaurant business as well. They have partnered with college football, sponsoring bowl games. They are committed to investing in the next generation through educational opportunities and college internships. Many of their senior leaders have been with the company for more than 20 years. They have a passion for serving locally owned franchises and seeing them thrive.
Chick-fil-A is a sought after company by college grads as well as seasoned professionals who desire a dynamic career experience. All of this adds up to a culture of excellence. How did they do it? Come find out! Join us at the Chick-fil-A headquarters and let Dan Roberts, of Chick-fil-A’s Restaurant Training Department tell you more about it.
