Invigorate your traditional instructional design with fresh e-learning techniques. Based on instructional design models and practices from one of the industries most recognized leaders.  This workshop will include examples of successful virtual training and provide you with the skills to develop individualized, asynchronous e-learning experiences that motivate learners to change their behavior. Learn to skillfully meet instructional design challenges in any industry and apply the principles of effective e-learning to individualized courses, tutorials, games, simulations and other e-learning modules.


Ethan Edwards  is the Chief Instructional Strategist at Allen Interactions and draws from more than 30 years of industry experience as an elearning instructional designer and developer. He is responsible for the delivery of the internal and external training and communications that reflect Allen Interactions’ unique perspective on creating Meaningful, Memorable, and Motivational learning solutions backed by the best instructional design and latest technologies. Edwards is the primary instructor for ATD’s ELearning Instructional Design Certificate Program. In addition, he is an internationally recognized presenter on instructional design and elearning, has written many ebooks on creating effective e-learning. He also is a frequent blogger for Allen Interactions’ ELearning Leadership Blog. Ethan holds a master’s degree and significant doctoral work in educational psychology from the University of Illinois – Urbana Champaign.
