Kathleen Fortney Ed.D., Director, Solutions Architecture, Judge Learning Solutions

Dr. Kathleen Fortney’s experience includes training design and development; project management; business analysis; and performance consulting. Kathleen has led major training initiatives for Fortune 500 Corporations, including design and development of digital learning assets, instructor-led training, process documentation, change management plans and materials, and performance support portals. Several of her projects have been the recipient of Brandon Hall awards. She has been a speaker at ISPI, ASTDTech, University of Chicago Women Connect, and the Chicagoland eLearning Technology Showcase; facilitated training and train-the-trainer sessions on a variety of topics; and has taught graduate courses in Instructional Design, Human Resource Development, and Consulting Skills as a member of the adjunct faculty at Northern Illinois University.
