The modern employee has 1% of their week to focus on training. What can we do with that roughly 24 minutes a week? Turns out, a lot. Armed with digestible and easily accessible microlearning experiences, we can create meaningful changes in behavior across our organizations.

Join this one hour webinar at Noon EDT on Friday, July 21 and come away from this session having learned a step-by-step process for creating effective microlearning experiences.

More specifically, you will learn to:

- build a business case for microlearning

- create microlearning experiences that capture and keep attention

- launch spaced-out microlearning campaigns to make learning stick

- measure and report on behavior change as a result of microlearning

This interactive webinar will be led by Alex Khurgin,  the Director of Learning Innovation at the workplace learning company Grovo. A leader in the microlearning movement, Alex has played an integral role in developing Grovo's methodology, using science and psychology to engineer a learning experience for today's modern minds. He is also responsible for developing an internal learning culture at Grovo by facilitating a program for professional development and self-directed learning for all employees.

Prior to Grovo, Alex developed next generation educational content at leading edtech company Knewton. Alex is among the industry's most passionate proponents of innovative enterprise learning and has presented his insights at conferences such as ATD, Techweek, DevLearn, CLO Innovators and more. Alex graduated with a BA in Philosophy from Amherst College and lives in New York City.

Join this webinar free to members of the Greater Atlanta Chapter of the ATD at Noon EDT on Friday, July 21!
