In this role, she is responsible for creating a workplace where all team members feel accepted, engaged and understood by building a culture of conscious inclusion. With more than 15 years of extensive experience in building and leading cultural transformations across a number of high-profile companies, Jackie’s focus is on developing initiatives and executing strategies that infuse DEI into a company’s culture to breed innovation, creativity and strategic thinking.
