According to Harvard Business Review, 70% of change initiatives fail due to people issues. You are invited to our hands-on workshop and experience how Root Learning's  “Interactive technologies” bridges the gap between people to strategy. More than “telling” via one-way communication, true interactivity is about active participation in the communication process and maximizing their individual experience in simulated environments. 

The Sales Enablement SIG workshop has two parts: 
  • First, our presenter, Len Kinor, of Root Learning, INC, will teach us how to identify the canyons that exist in all organizations, preventing them from operating optimally.
  • Second, we will experience a simulation of different scenarios with the objective to improve results. The game evaluates the economics and P&L of the company, their partners and their customers, and determines the key profit drivers of each.
