After a brief orientation of the Metrics That Matter® system we will all work on three cases to improve our skills of Measurement and Evaluation:
1) Determining KPIs for a program,
2) Having an executive dialogue for the program and
3) Determining a control group for a mini impact analysis
John R. Mattox, II, Ph.D. Director of Research at Knowledge Advisors will guide us during the workshop. John is responsible for mining approximately 1 billion data points in the Metrics That Matter® system to gain insight for internal and external clients through advanced statistical techniques and integration of business data with human capital systems. John has led training evaluation teams at KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
