Our featured speaker for the evening is Dr. James Kirkpatrick, who has over 30 years converting training into performance you can measure. The “chain of evidence” breaks the major trap that training by itself leads to positive bottom-line results. The trap is that after the course, which successfully taught the intended knowledge and skills, something goes wrong.  The new skills are not transferred and the material or training is blamed. The four level evaluation model is a proven approach to generate the evidence to demonstrate that value was indeed created by training.

The format of this consultation workshop has two parts:

• 30 minute presentation of how the “chain of evidence” works and is applied
• 45 minute discussion of three selected sales training cases in which we ask all participants to engage and contribute their knowledge and insights
