With all of the eLearning tools available, and more coming to market everyday, do you ever wonder if you're selecting the right ones for an eLearning project? What if you have to select a tool for a low cost project, or if you want to add interaction to a PPT presentation? What about converting an instructor-led class to eLearning? What would you use to create mobile training across devices, or if you are collaborating with a virtual team? There are so many considerations to think about when selecting tools that it can become overwhelming. Ron and Dan have over 30 years of combined consulting and teaching experience and will address all of these questions and more in this interactive workshop. So, bring your questions and you'll get the answers.

Ron Wincek, CEO & Founder

Dan Richards is the Vice President of Professional Services

Ron Wincek is the CEO and founder of Interactive Advantage Corporation (IAC). Ron is a consultant with 25 years of experience in learning systems design, information architecting, instructional strategy design and the development of sophisticated interactive content. He has consulted with many well-known companies including Accenture, ADP, CCE, Equifax, Entergy, FDIC, FedEx, Home Depot, Medtronic, TruGreen, TVA, and Waste Management. Ron loves to teach as well and brings his experience as an educator and as a multimedia developer to the classroom. He currently conducts several e-learning development classes and workshops on project planning, advanced interactive development and simulation production. Over the years he has used over 20+ authoring tools (and counting) to develop content. In his spare time he plays baritone sax with several local big bands and has a recently completed a CD.

Dan Richards is the Vice President of Professional Services with Interactive Advantage Corporation, a provider of training, consulting and course development services centered on technology-based learning. Dan brings 12 years of experience as an instructor, programmer and multimedia developer to the e-Learning community. He is an e-learning industry thought leader who regularly speaks and teaches on the subject of technology-based learning, process architecture, and authoring tools. Dan is the host of the "Emerging Trends in e-Learning" webinar series.

Bill McCauley has over 25 years experience in interactive media.  From the early days of laser disc, CDi, CD rom to development and deployment of training on the web.  Leading large scale efforts in e-learning with the Federal Government, CSX Railroad, FedEx, Home Depot, Cox Communications and Earthlink Business he has acquired a broad range of skills and experience used in developing rapid development processes for e-learning solutions. Bill has a background in fine arts and video production and is an avid golfer.
