Chick-fil-A is America’s largest family-owned restaurant business. The foundation of this achievement has two basic pillars: Build a strong business strategy, and then put a talent management plan in place to support it. This drive towards a people-centric culture that governs their talent management, leadership development, and performance management processes. By building leaders that serve customers and employers well they “Create Raving Fans” and have built a brand recognized throughout the industry for its commitment to customer satisfaction. Join Andy Lorenzen as he shares insights into how this approach has supported their brand and their success by becoming a fully integrated cornerstone of their culture from top to bottom.

And to make sure you get the full experience of Chick-fil-A, they will be generously providing the food for the evening!
