Creating Learning Games that Work

Learning games and gamification are the L&D ‘ buzzwords’ right now, but what does it all mean for your learning organization? How do you implement learning games and gamification techniques?

Join ATD Atlanta’s 2019 Trainer Showdown winner Matthew Smart and Dov Jacobson of GamesThatWork for an interactive session on using learning games and gamification techniques to inspire your audience and increase learning retention. Dov and Matthew will demystify the concept so you can leave the meeting with new techniques and next steps to gamify your learning.

The session will be interactive. Laptops will no longer be needed.

Dov and Matthew will also bring several game examples (ILT and e-learning) so you’ll have the opportunity to explore, discover, and play!

This session will show you how to:

  • Apply a gamification learning mindset to re-frame new and existing learning programs
  • Practice implementing gamification techniques into learning topics
  • Learn how to position gamification techniques in your learning organization to get senior leader buy-in
