How well does your resume represent you - would you like to know what a Talent Development professional thinks about it?
This is a hands-on workshop meant to help you score an interview in the Talent Development industry!
To kick things off, your ATD Greater Atlanta President-elect, Dave Adelman, will help you supercharge your resume with insight and advice to ensure your resume represents you and speaks volumes about your unique talents and abilities - while also engaging hiring managers and recruiters. After Dave's session you'll get a chance to make changes to your resume, if needed, while networking and enjoying a bite to eat with attendees and TD professionals.
To finish up - you'll have an opportunity to sit down, one-on-one, with a real TD hiring manager or recruiter - ready to review your resume and offer constructive insight and advice. This is a rare opportunity to get direct feedback from the people responsible for identifying and hiring top TD talent!
Even better news? This is only Part 1! Come back again in September for Part 2 when we'll be covering Interviewing Skills!
Be sure to bring copies of your current resume (printed and/or digital) and a laptop to make changes - to ensure your resume truly represents you! You can also bring, or have on hand, job descriptions for feedback on how well your resume lines up with your dream job.
