Using Interactive Workshops/Games to Improve Sales Training

In Latin “to educate” means to “draw out.”  Are you drawing out the best from your sales training?  In this highly interactive (and fun!) mini-workshop, participants will go through a process that allows them to come up with ideas and solutions for improving their sales training effectiveness.

What you will learn:
  1. The challenges with training sales professionals
  2. The qualities of an effective sales person
  3. Tools and techniques for making your sales training more memorable
  4. Adapting your sales training to more effectively reach your audience
  5. Reasons your trainees know more than you do – and how to leverage that knowledge to make your training more impactful
  6. “Herding the cats” – how to corral even the most challenging sales reps to get them to not only learn but apply the learning to their jobs
  7. Making sure what you teach your sales force is what they want (and need) to learn
