Presenter: Sylvia C. Williams, PHR, MBA
Sylvia Williams has over 15 years’ experience in all facets of human resources and has held positions ranging from HR generalist and director to regional administrator. Currently, her company, Align Education Consultants, LLC, focuses on workforce development programs in schools, in the workplace, and in the community.
Ms. Williams holds a master’s in business administration from Webster University, a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of South Carolina Aiken, and a Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification. She is also a certified trainer for the South Carolina Center for Child Care and Career Development.
Mrs. Williams is a member of the American Association of University Women, Beaufort County Black Chamber of Commerce, Lowcountry Human Resource Association, the Society of Human Resource Management, and Toastmasters International. She also serves on various community boards in Beaufort, SC, where she resides with her husband Ted.
