Speaker 2: Shaunda Paden
Shaunda Paden, CPT is a Senior Sales Capability Manager with Coca-Cola and is responsible for helping National Sales Associates improve performance.
Prior to joining Coca-Cola in 2015, Shaunda was CEO of DesignComm, Inc. for 17 years and designed training for companies in a wide variety of industries. She enjoys incorporating video, audio, case studies, and performance-based activities into e-learning to make it fun and engaging. Shaunda has been using Articulate Storyline since 2012.
Shaunda is a Certified Performance Technologist, Certified Instructional Designer, and Certified Online Learning Designer. She led the Atlanta ASTD Technology-Based Learning Special Interest Group for eight years (2000 – 2008) and is an active member of numerous professional organizations including ATD and the International Society for Performance Improvement.
Shaunda received her B.S. in Technical Writing from the University of Southwestern Louisiana in 1989 and received her M.S. in Instructional and Performance Technology from Boise State University in May 2006.
Speaker 3: Kelly Vandever
A PowerPoint geek from way back, Kelly Vandever has been training others to use the software even before she started her company in 2007. But she became a super user when asked to develop and teach online PowerPoint training for a client. Her first course was called Power Up PowerPoint and was designed to teach better methods for using PowerPoint. Since then, her courses have covered the full functionality offered in PowerPoint versions 2010, 2013, 2016 and Office 365’s. In addition to the online training, Kelly has provided PowerPoint training for The Home Depot, ExecuTrain, Verizon Wireless, the Technology Association of Georgia, Toastmasters International District 14 and more. Kelly is the president and founder of Speaking Practically, a firm dedicated to helping organization improve their leadership and communications skills.
