Learning theory has long told us that shorter, relevant bits of content are much easier for adults to absorb. Yet there is often a tendency in our industry to pack information overload into our training initiatives, including eLearning. Smaller, targeted modules are faster to create, easier to take, and more likely to help learners retain the key content.
In this session, we'll look at methods for creating short, but effective, eLearning curriculums. You'll learn ways to position key content into eLearning as well as suggestions for how to best utilize the 'nice to know' information so that it can be utilized later.
