Presentation:

On September 7 we will be joined by Elizabeth Marsala. Elizabeth will focus on team building or, as she likes to call it, “intellectual diversity, energy and focus.”

Our profession has been doing team building for a long time, as a standard process of getting people to work effectively together; to create synergy and understanding, and allow for new ideas and processes to emerge.

This session will be a walk-through from basic team building to true organizational effectiveness and continuous improvement. Ideas and dialogue include:

o   How do you define a team?

o   What is the purpose of the team?

o   Who are the team’s customers and suppliers?

o   How well does the team give and receive feedback?

o   How effective does the team problem solve?

o   How does the team impact the organizations strategies and goals?
