Hi My name is Rhonda Tedesco and  I am a Jersey girl living in a Georgia world! I have been a makeup artist for the past 20 plus years and have 2 grown children.  I am a New Jersey Nets alumni and have coached cheerleaders for over a decade!  I currently freelance with Benefit cosmetics, am an Executive leader with Nu Skin and currently joined the most revolutionary company that invented the magnetic eyeliner and lashes!  I recently promoted to Influencer leader and have a growing team that I absolutely love!

A 35+ year training professional, Wayne Coleman improves customer experiences through secret shopping, developing customized and detailed customer experience improvement plans, and conducts on-site customer service training tailored to his clients' needs. 

Wayne conducts on-site development of training skills for experienced trainers, new trainers and supervisors who train part-time, helping clients' training departments become self-sufficient.


 Holly Berger

Training Topic:  Let the Show Begin: Theatrical Principles Useful for Trainers

Bio 
Holly Berger is an Instructional Designer at The Home Depot, where she has worked on video, eLearning, distance learning, and job aid development. Holly has a Master of Arts in Instructional Design and Technology from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Western Kentucky University. Before coming to The Home Depot, Holly gained training and facilitation experience working at Walt Disney World, where she was a trainer at Disney Springs (formerly Downtown Disney) and facilitated six hour classes for third party vendors joining the team. Holly completed an instructional design internship at Fruit of the Loom and served as a facilitator of all-day ACT boot camps with MasteryPrep. In her free time, Holly is active in the community theatre scene in the Greater Atlanta area, serving as a performer, stage manager, and marketing manager.

Matthew is a dynamic learning & OD consultant with 15+ years’ experience implementing high-impact programs to move people FWD, create meaningful change, and yield significant ROI for clients.

He is a master facilitator with multiple certifications (DDI, Achieve, Interaction Associates). Delivery energizes Matthew and he makes it a point to connect with EVERY student to facilitate personalized and moving experiences. His training sessions are unique encounters, blending various methods like simulations, games, team building, and digital platforms to create meaningful, motivating, and memorable learning.

As an ATD-certified E-Learning Developer/Instructional Designer, Matthew also has a unique talent for developing learning that jumps off the page and lights up the computer screen. His state-of-the-art design approach yields high levels of on-the-job application, industry best NPS scores, and achieves real business impact.

As a consultant, Matthew takes an interest in OD/HR work, helping companies build multi-level leadership programs and talent processes to enhance hiring/acquisition, on-boarding, performance, coaching, and employee engagement. He is also passionate about culture work, helping companies create positive and attractive places to work.

Outside of business hours, Matthew is passionate about playing the blues (guitar, ukulele, harmonica) and doing service for his church and community.

Casby Bias is a video producer, director, communications professional, trainer, public speaker and entrepreneur.

As the founder of See Bias Productions, she creates animation and live-action explainer videos, web series, promotional material and video diaries for clients.

Casby graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Marquette University in 2014. She later received her master’s degree in television, radio and film from Syracuse University.
